One of the many new features that comes with the Expensemate to accountabl migration is being able to log and claim mileage.
We've made you a quick video which you can watch below explaining how you can easily log your mileage for simple mileage claims.
Or follow these Steps:
- Tap "Journey" to log a new mileage claim
- Give some brief details on the journey
- Choose your vehicle
- Choose your start and end destination
- If you had to take a detour to the route google maps is showing due roadworks or other reasons you can change the "Journey distance"
- Add how many passengers you were traveling with
- Finally tap "Sumbit Journey" and add a receipt if required
- That's it you're done!
