How to Submit Expenses

For the users migrating from Expensemate to Accountabl, you might be feeling a bit overwhelmed about how to submit your expenses. But don't worry, we've got you covered!

To make the process as simple and easy as possible, we've created a helpful video that walks you through each step of submitting an expense in the Accountabl app. You can also follow these step-by-step instructions:

  1. Open the Accountabl app and log in at app.accountabl.eco/login.
  2. Once you're on the homescreen, select "Expense."
  3. Choose whether you paid for the expense with company funds or your own personal funds.
  4. Click "Upload Receipt."
  5. You can choose to upload a photo of the receipt from your device's library, from a file, or take a photo of the receipt in real-time.
  6. Allocate the expense to the appropriate group and choose the category of the purchase.
  7. Tap "Submit Expense" and you're all done!
